These vintage sheet music wreaths are hands down the favorite wreath, out of all the different wreaths I've made recently, at a huge local show recently. I make these when ordered, so please allow at least 10 business days before shipment. These festive wreaths make the perfect gift for that special musician in your life, and are ultimately practical, because they can be used year round. I found stacks of vintage piano sheet music books I'd saved over 25 years when I was preparing for this fall's piano students whom I teach. I hated to throw out the music, and decided I would re-purpose it into something beautiful. This new design was such fun to create, and I'm pleased with how it turned out! I personally cut each piece of music, rolled, folded, and crimped it, and wove it through the strands of this grapevine wreath, securing it with permanent adhesive to make this lovely wreath. It could be hung with or without a ribbon, or suspended from ribbon, or it could even be used as a large candle ring or a wedding centerpiece...and I'm sure you'll think of more year round uses for this piece :) It measures 23-24" round.
Please NOTE: Pics 3,4 and 5 were made prior to my current design. In the past I did not round the edges. Now I cut and round the edges so that the wreath appears more "ruffled" as shown in PHOTOS 1,2 and 6.
In separate listings I'm also offering these made out of 100 year old law books, medical books, gardening books, Shakespeare, and southern prose and poetry, all antique books.
Because I used actual music (not copies of vintage music, but the actual music) the paper in this is heavier, and the grapevine base (which I painted off white) is more substantial than the foam based wreaths you see elsewhere. These are time consuming to make, but so worth the time and effort. I'll also include some extra pieces of the music, just in case things get jostled in shipping, even though we take utmost care to carefully and tediously pad and pack the larger items we ship. I do ship internationally normally, but I'm sorry~ items this large make international shipping not feasible for you or for me:(

Do you take custom orders?
Yes, almost all of our orders for painted towel racks, furniture and prints are custom orders. Most painted listings give you a drop down menu to select your colors and let you choose if your items are distressed or not.
When will my order ship?
Due to the volume of orders we are processing, and since almost everything we make and sell is custom made, the usual turnaround time is 10- 15 business days or 2-3 weeks before we ship your order. Occasionally the time could be less- contact us with questions about your particular order.
I need my order sooner; can you help me?
Depending on how many orders we are currently processing, there may be times when we can ship your order in less than 2 weeks. Contact us with your question, and we'll do what we can to help you.
What info do you need from me to customize my order, and how do I provide this information to you?
Most of our painted listings have a drop down menu where you select paint colors and if you want your items distressed or not. If you are purchasing a painted item, that has multiple hooks, or multiple colors, you can:
1. put your choices in the message to seller section as you check out.
2. send a conversation message to us when you purchase.
For print orders, the process is:

If you forget to give us your color or custom details, we cannot process your order until you send us that info.
Custom and personalized orders
Please double check the personalization info and custom details you send us, as well as your shipping address on file for etsy- we ship to the address etsy provides us. If your item is defective, we will of course replace it for you.
What if I forgot to send you all the info you need to start my order?
We will contact you via an etsy conversation if we have a question about your personalization or if you forgot to include all the info we need. We strongly recommend that you have an email address you check regularly linked to your etsy account for this purpose. If you do not check etsy convos regularly, or have a current email address you check regularly linked to your account, once we have attempted to reach you, we can not proceed with starting to work on your order until you get back to us.
Do you have a bricks and mortar store?
We had a bricks and mortar store on the Outer Banks, Beach House Dreams for 5 years. We closed the store in 2019 but you can still see the items we make and sell in the Lazy Daisy Gift Store in Williamsburg, Va. and in the Lazy Daisy Gift Store in Yorktown Va. They are open 7 days a week until 6 pm!

This is as beautiful as in the picture. I love that a grapevine wreath was used for the back, which makes the entire piece very high quality. Looks great in my dining room, opposite my music room!

BEWARE. After I inquired about my order as it was not shipped when advertised (after 13 business days had passed) and I had received absolutely no communication that it would be late, Seller cancelled the order and refunded my money. Seller did this after asking me whether or not I still wanted the wreath and once I replied that I did still want it, but wanted to understand when it would be shipped, she cancelled the order. Now I am back to square one for finding a wreath and lost 13 business days in the process. I am new to using etsy and this seller's actions harm the entire community and erode trust. Very discouraged etsy buyer. :(
