These mermaid towel racks were requested by a great customer who's a designer: she wanted white mermaids on a board, and I really like how it turned out. Now you can design your own 23" board (or longer if you like), with 3 mermaids.

This listing is for your own custom piece like the one shown, made from premium lumber that has been cut by Tommy, painted and then painted with a couple coats and sanded some . Then we attach these 3 lovely mermaid hooks/hangers they're cast iron, and I've given them a couple coats of paint, and sanded them some to distress them a bit, and bring out the lovely hues underneath.

The dimensions of this sturdy handmade wooden hanger in this listing normally are 5 1/2" high, and 1-2" deep. The length can be between 19" and 23" inches~please specify your length when you check out. This handmade wall hook/hanger can hold your towels, or display your favorite jewelry, keys, dog leash; it can even just be a beautiful display by itself unadorned!

This item comes with 2 ring type hangers already attached on each end in the back for easy hanging too. We recommend these boards be hung from the studs in your walls. Or you can use anchor toggle bolts designed for use in drywall. Anchor/toggle bolts can be found at your local hardware store. We will position the center of the ring type hangers approximately one inch from each end of your board. If preferred, we can ship your ring type hangers unattached and you can attach them yourself. Please designate in the message to seller section if you want us to send you 2 ring type hangers UNattached.

We lightly distress all board surfaces, so some dark shows on edges. Your board will come slightly distressed, unless you request very heavy distressing.

Please note: we are now drilling a hole and screwing the mermaid into the board-because it is more sturdy this way; with the screws painted the same colors as the mermaid, and placed in her navel, it is hardly noticeable...see 4th photo...the pink mermaid on left, mediterranean on right.
